31 Day Challenge 2017: Day 17, Glitter Nails

For glitter day I dusted off one of my old chunky glitters. You know the style that dominated the indie scene some years back?
I only ever wear this type of glitter with a peel off base coat (in my case Seche Vite...) because I hate the idea of removing stubborn glitters. Unfortunately that means that the wear time is less predictable and I sometimes have chipping already on the first day. When you're doing the 31 day challenge that is less of a problem compared to a normal month...

Speaking of glitter, I feel like the finish is making a comeback in the form of loose round glitters. Have seen a lot of looks with the confetti glitter from What's Up Nails and couldn't resist ordering a few pots of the cheaper ones from Born pretty.

Polishes used: China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise, CrowsToes Absolum Your Potions Master, MoYou London Black Knight, Barry M Silver Foil and Barry M Matte Top Coat
